The multi-layered architecture of the Lahti region will be revealed in the guided walking tours and bus tours that cover the wider area. The popular tour combines Lahti City Hall designed by Eliel Saarinen, Alvar Aalto’s Church of Cross, and Sibelius Hall designed by Lintula & Tikka. Duration 3-4 hours. A larger architecture tour in the Lahti region dives into the layers of centuries from the Middle Ages to the present day. The bus tour can be 3-8 hours, which could include coffee and lunch breaks.
